•   Flat-fee rates: We charge a one-time flat amount to take a case up to jury trial; we never charge you extra for phone conversations or office consults or for time spent to review police reports, videos, and to conduct investigations.

  • 24/7 Access to your attorney: When you retain our firm, you will receive your attorney's personal cell phone number.  You will be contacted at the most within 24 hours of leaving a message.

  •  Trial Fees: If you make the decision that you want your case to be tried before a jury of your peers, an additional fee applies as this process usually takes a full day in even the simplest of cases.  Standard rate is an additional $1500 per day of trial, but is subject to be higher based on the complexity of your case.

  • Payment plans: In most cases, payment plans are available and we will try to work with you to figure out an acceptable payment schedule.

  • Fees are based on the type of case, complexity of issues, costs of investigation, and additional factors.  No two cases are the same.
